My Happy Weekend

Last weekend was very special for me. On Saturday morning, I woke up early and helped my mom in the kitchen. We made delicious pancakes together, and it was so much fun. After breakfast, I went to the park with my friends. We played football and had a great time running around.

In the afternoon, I visited my grandparents. They live in a small village, and it’s always nice to see them. Grandpa showed me how to plant some flowers in their garden, while Grandma taught me how to bake cookies. The cookies were super tasty!

On Sunday, I stayed at home and did my homework. It wasn’t too difficult, so I finished it quickly. Then, I read a book about space exploration. I love reading books because they help me learn new things every day.

In the evening, my family watched a movie together. It was an action movie, and we all enjoyed it. Before going to bed, I wrote down my thoughts in my diary. I feel lucky to have such a happy weekend filled with family and friends.
