Hello, everyone! Today, I want to share my experience of making friends. Friendship is very important in our life. It brings us joy and support.
Last year, I moved to a new school. At first, I felt lonely because I didn't know anyone there. One day, during the break time, I noticed a girl sitting alone under the big tree. She looked quiet but kind. I decided to go over and talk to her. Her name was Lily. We started chatting about our hobbies and interests. To my surprise, we found out that we both loved reading books and playing badminton.
From then on, we became good friends. We often read books together after school and played badminton at weekends. She helped me get used to the new environment, and I also introduced her to some of my old friends. Our friendship has grown stronger over time.
Through this experience, I learned that making friends doesn't have to be difficult. Just take the first step and open your heart. You never know who might become a great friend!
This is my story of how I made a new friend. I hope you enjoyed it. Thank you for listening!
